🌛 UNWIND: HALF DAY WINTER WELLBEING RETREATS 🌛+ Sauna (optional)
📍Y Maes, Criccieth, North Wales.
⏱️10am - 1pm.
✨ Multiple Dates: Saturday 6th December, Saturday December 13th, Saturday January 17th.
🌹Exchange: £40 or £55 with sauna.
For the January retreat, there is an option to add an 80 minute sauna session to your retreat day for £15. For the first 30 minutes you will be guided through breath and meditation, followed by 50 minutes to deeply relax, swim in the ocean or dip in the plunge pool & enjoy the incredible views of this location!
