Service Description
1. The Constitution Assessment.
This is a series of health and mind / body type related questions for you to answer. This tells me your Ayurvedic Constitution. This will reveal your 'Organic Elemental Blueprint' and your constitution from birth It tells us which elements are dominant for you Earth,Water, Fire, Air, Space. In Ayurveda this is called your Prakriti.
2. The Current Health Assessment - This tells us your current state of health today including any imbalances and in what elemental area the imbalances are.
In Ayurveda this is called your Vikruti.
The constitution assessment will determine your organic elemental blueprint. The more we can stay living closely to our elemental blueprint as we journey through life, we can maintain our true essence, and achieve better quality of life + health. Due to a numerous amount of influences; our diet, lifestyle, stress, and other issues like our modern day food supply that's deficient in minerals and vitamins. As we age and move through life, we move into a state of imbalance or Vikruti. If we do not address imbalances at their early states this is what can lead to disease. Ayurveda offers us a wealth of organic ancient wisdom to guide us as we navigate through our Vikruti (imbalances) and return closer to live according to our natural state of health or Prakriti.
