During this package experience a series of 4 sessions of deep nourishment for your skin & overall health. The intention of the series can be to work on a holistic treatment and understanding the root cause of a skin or physical symptom. Each session will include a wellness check in, skin and wellbeing consultation and follow up email to discuss the session and offer a weekly or monthly practice and ritual to do at home as part of your plan. Facial Reflexology & Marma Therapy which is massage and light touch of pressure points on the face, head and upper body. Facial sculpting and toning techniques to tone facial muscles and release tension.
