It has been really special connecting with you and holding space for you.


In The Holistic Health Sanctuary for Facial Reflexology, Gentle Body Work

and Frequency Healing, Holistic Health Nutrition and Lifestyle Guidance & Protocols and The Yoga Studios for Group or Private Yoga Classes -

I feel that we are nurturing a beautiful wellbeing space.


I am here to support you in

your day to day lifestyle choices

or for deeper healing and transformation.


My Vision in 2025 is To Continue Holding Space To Nourish You

Mind, Body & Soul.

I am Inviting you to join me in this heart nurturing practice to welcome in 2025 ~


(*You will need ten minutes at least for this practice)


Lets take some time together to drop into the portal of our hearts,

to invite in renewal, gratitude and intentions for the year ahead.


Place the palm of your hand firmly to your heart.


Inhale.


Breathe deeply into your lungs, expanding your chest, connecting with your heart space.


Become aware of the sensations and spaces around your heart.


If there is tightness, tension, pain or stress here, If it feels safe right now. Feel it.

Listen to it.



*Is there any wisdom or lessons here for you to note down (mental note or find a pen and paper)


Is there anything present for you to process?


You could also explore if it is time to let go of memories or sensations to

create space for renewal.


Has this memory or feeling come to completion?

Can any heaviness or resistance be released now? ~


Keep breathing deeply here,

using your Exhalations to process and release.


Until you feel some lightness, a release

or an opening, or a softening in your heart.


Hold kind and compassionate space for yourself.


Take some time to reflect on anything that you don't wish to bring with you into the year ahead. ~


Begin to soften and slow your breath now. Until it feels more gentle.

Effortless but intentional.


Feel your inner air and winds moving through you,

let its nourishing light qualities wash over you.


Hopefully this brings some peace and warmth to your nervous system.


Sustaining this lightness in your breathing rhythm and quality,

Is there any space to take longer, deeper cleansing exhalations?


(Try nasal breathing with some exhales out through the mouth)


Can you bathe in the rhythm of your breath for 10 MORE DEEP BREATHS ~


Bringing a soft smile to your face,

or an inner smile from your heart.


Now we can drop more deeply into our heart space,


What you are grateful for in this present moment?

Let this energise you.


Now lastly, we can take some time to ENVISION -


What seeds are you planting in the fertile void,

in the wintertime womb?


'To see things in the seed, that is genius' Lao Tzu


Here are Some ideas you could contemplate on now

and in the weeks ahead


....


How do you want to feel on a daily basis?


Is there anything in the way of this at the moment?


(Taking responsibilty and accountability

for your part to play in this as priority)


What are you calling in this year?


(You could create a vision board or a mood board sometime this month)


What would you like to nourish this year?

(Yourself, Others, New Hobbies etc.)


Take some time writing or dreaming.... <3


This is the perfect time to rest, dream & to begin planting new seeds

in our minds and hearts.


We can begin to create a nourishing environment for these seeds

to grow and come to fruition in the spring & summertime or in the future.

Last but definitely not least, I want to say thank you to the land, the elements, the flowers and the lineage of teachings that I have had the honor of learning from and working with who are guiding and healing with their Wisdom.
